Why is my game not launching after a recent update?
This is usually caused by corrupted game files. Try verifying the integrity of game files: right-click the game → Properties → Local Files → Verify integrity. If the issue persists, reinstall the game or check your antivirus software.
How do I request a refund for a game?
Refunds are available for games purchased within the last 14 days with less than 2 hours played. Go to your purchase history, select the game, and click "I would like a refund." Processing takes up to 7 business days.
My download speed is very slow. How can I fix this?
Try changing your download region in Settings → Downloads → Download Region. Clearing the download cache at Settings → Downloads → Clear Download Cache may also help.

Why was I VAC banned and can it be reversed?
VAC bans are issued when cheat software is detected during a VAC-secured session. Bans are permanent and non-negotiable. You may submit a support ticket, but bans are rarely overturned.
